48hr Cancelation Policy

My goal is to provide exceptional services in a timely manner. In order to do so, I must maintain a 48hr cancelation policy. This policy is required to maintain a high level of mutual respect between myself and clients requesting my services. 

48-hours notice to cancel appointments
*A need to reschedule a “booked” appt within the 48hr window, is considered a cancelation.

No exceptions, including illness, travel delays, traffic, etc.
Please consider this policy when requesting/scheduling an appointment.
Please refrain from disputing the cancelation policy.

• A credit card is required to schedule all appointments
• By booking your appointment, you agree to your credit card being charged the full amount in the event you late-cancel or miss your appointment.
• If your schedule is unreliable or if you know there is a possibility of not keeping an appointment, understand the risk in booking your session. You are always welcome to be added to the waitlist for last minute availability to avoid being charged for a missed appointment.

In the event of a last-minute need to reschedule:

Call/text the business cell immediately: 512-265-6333

*Juanita’s commitment: I completely understand that unexpected events happen. If there is a need to reschedule within the 48 hour window, I will do my best to fill your spot with someone from my waitlist. If the spot is filled, you will not be charged. If the spot stays empty, you will be charged the full amount.

Missed Appointments/No-Shows:

If you miss your scheduled appointment for any reason, your credit card will be charged the full amount. No exceptions.

Tardiness/Late to Appointments:

You are required to arrive at least 5-10 minutes early to all appointments.

• Your appointment starts on your scheduled time. If you are at all late, your session time will be shortened accordingly.  
• Clients arriving 20+ minutes late are considered a no-show and will be charged full amount

How to Cancel/Change Your Appointment:

Two ways:

1. Click the link in the email/text you received at the time of booking. This takes you directly to the online booking portal and the upcoming scheduling calendar.
2. I ask that you try to utilize the email/text links on your own, but if you still have difficulties, please text/call the business cell directly 512-265-6333

• No email cancelations/reschedules accepted.

Official Waitlist: Found on booking portal. Add yourself, the booking portal will text you immediately if an opening comes up.
